My pilates teaching style centres on FOCUS, CONNECTION, and INSPIRATION.

FOCUS isn't just about concentration; it's about channeling energy and intention into every movement. I guide my clients to delve deep into each exercise, encouraging them to be present in the moment, to feel the subtle nuances of their bodies, and to engage both physically and mentally.

CONNECTION is the heartbeat of my teaching. My approach goes beyond just the exercises; it's about finding that deeper connection between your mind and your body.

I love to INSPIRE and motivate my clients, to embrace their challenges, celebrate their victories, and embrace their full potential.

I teach private 1:1 sessions from my home studio in Hove. Whether you are a beginner, recovering from injury or have practised for years I will design a programme that aligns with your fitness goals and physical abilities. I will guide you through the foundational principles of Pilates, including proper breathing techniques, core engagement, and alignment.
